Simplicity
Keep the interface clean and easy to navigate.
A mobile organisation concept developed from problem framing and secondary research through information architecture, task flows, wireframes and high-fidelity UI.
The project began with a clear product question: could one mobile system make everyday tasks, notes and routines easier to organise, prioritise and act on?
The concept focuses on reducing friction around everyday information, planning and time management within one consistent mobile experience.
Secondary research around ADHD was synthesised into six design principles that guided the product direction, from information hierarchy and navigation to reminders, flexibility and accessibility.
Keep the interface clean and easy to navigate.
Use icons and imagery to support faster processing.
Structure, categorise and prioritise information.
Support time management through reminders and notifications.
Allow plans and schedules to adapt when priorities change.
Include options that make content easier to access.
Before high-fidelity screens, the concept was organised through an information architecture and task-flow diagrams. The core structure centred on Agenda, Notes, Profile and Settings.
Information architecture · Organising the product before detailing screens.
Task flow · Mapping decisions and paths through the experience.
The design moved from low-fidelity layout exploration into a compact mobile system built around agenda views, notes and settings.
Wireframes · Early layout and hierarchy exploration.
High-fidelity system · Login, agenda, notes and accessibility/settings states.
The project follows an end-to-end UX process: translating a broad organisational challenge into design principles, product structure, task flows, wireframes and a consistent mobile interface.
Each stage informed the next, creating a traceable path from the initial problem framing through interaction structure and into the final visual interface.
